What we make
Staff name badges that match the rest of your branding
A name badge does two jobs at once: it tells a customer who they are talking to, and it puts your logo in front of them while they do. We make staff name badges with your logo, colours and each person’s name, either printed or engraved, and finish them with the fixing that suits the uniform.
Send us one name or a full staff list. We set every badge out the same way, so the team matches, and we can add new starters to the same design later. If you need names on the clothing itself, that is a different job: see branded workwear.

Pin, magnet or clip
The front of the badge is your logo and the wearer’s name. The back is the part people forget to ask about, and it decides how the badge gets worn every day. Tell us what your staff wear and we will suggest the fixing.
- Pin — the classic fixing. Goes through the fabric and stays put.
- Magnet — no holes in the uniform. A magnet behind the fabric holds the badge in place, so it suits good shirts, blouses and jackets.
- Clip — clips to a pocket, a lanyard or a waistband. Handy when people move between jobs or change tops.

What it costs
What decides the price
There is no fixed price list for name badges, because every set is made to your logo and your staff list. Printed or engraved, how many names and which fixing set the figure. Send us the logo and the number of names and you will get a real number back, usually the same day.
