Printed envelopes for Derby and Derbyshire businesses
A plain white envelope looks like a bill, and gets treated like one. Your logo and return address on the front tells people who it is from before they open it — which is the whole point of posting something rather than emailing it.
We print envelopes from our workshop in Alfreton, matched to the rest of your stationery. They are part of our corporate stationery set alongside letterheads, business cards and compliment slips. If you only post a couple of letters a month, be honest with yourself: a good label on a plain envelope does the same job, and our business stationery guide says so.

110 x 220mm. Takes an A4 letter folded in three or a compliment slip flat — the size most business post goes out in.

Pick the envelope by what goes in it
Envelope sizes in the UK follow the paper inside them, so the right one is decided by what you post most. Get that right and everything you print — letterheads, slips, brochures — goes in without a fight.
- DL, 110 x 220mm — an A4 letter folded in three, or a compliment slip flat. The everyday business envelope.
- C5, 162 x 229mm — an A5 sheet flat, or A4 folded once.
- C4, 229 x 324mm — A4 flat, unfolded. Certificates, reports, anything that should not be creased.
- Window or plain. A window envelope saves addressing each one, as long as the address on your letterhead lines up with it.
- Printed with your logo and return address, set up to match your letterheads.

What decides the price
There is no fixed price list for envelopes — the size, whether it has a window, how many and how much print go into the number. Send those and you will get a real figure back, usually the same day.
